Managing Order fulfillment is complex and things can go wrong. At VinoBlvd our customer is everything so we work hard to handle problems in a way that helps us grab a lifelong customer.

When things get messy and a return or a refund is requested. We work with out product artists individually but we don’t make our customers wait.

To avoid any confusion we have a baseline policy thay we may deviate from depending on the product and the circumstances.
